At Your Key Rental Management, our story began with a simple idea: to provide property owners in Calgary with a better, more personalized approach to short-term rental management. We saw the emergence of the short-term rental market segment as a potential to transform real estate investment and how people travel. Beth and Duncan Haldane founded Your Key Rental Management in 2015, combining their passion for real estate with a vision to serve Calgary’s growing short-term rental market. As the sole executives of the company, Beth and Duncan work as a team to lead all strategic decisions and oversee daily operations. From client onboarding and guest experience to property maintenance, hiring, and administration, they are involved in every detail to ensure exceptional service and strong relationships with both clients and guests. Over the past decade, their hands-on leadership has driven steady growth, shaped a strong company culture, and built a reputation for quality and reliability.

Their goal is to remain Alberta's leading short-term rental operator, create meaningful local employment, and give back to the community whenever possible.
