Replenishment of Guest Consumables

We keep track of all essential supplies in your property, ensuring that inventory like toiletries, kitchen items, and cleaning products are fully stocked and replenished by Your Key Rental management as included in our management fee before each new guest arrives.

Property Inspection

Our team conducts thorough property inspections between reservations to ensure everything is in perfect condition. With regularly scheduled Management inspections to ensure we have multiple sets of eyes on the property. This includes checking for any damages, ensuring cleanliness, and addressing any minor maintenance issues.

Linen Service

At Your Key Rental Management, we have dedicated in-house commercial-grade laundry machines that result in a market-leading level of cleanliness. We do not use on-site laundry machines, which significantly reduces the wear and tear of the on-site machines as well as saves our owners on their utility costs in the perpetuity of our partnership.

Coordination of Maintenace

The cost of maintenance is not included in the management fee. With that said, we are fundamentally solution providers, so we take an approach that will ensure you are not burdened with any stress, time, and as minimal cost as possible. Our goal is to ensure our clients are maximizing their ROI, and this is done in part by keeping expenses down. To do that, we take on some of the burdens of this process, so if you did need a lightbulb replaced, we would charge our client for the cost of the lightbulb but not the labour time it takes to purchase the lightbulb and then install it.
